"This McDonald’s is new , this was my 3rd visit . Each time I was parked waiting for food and each time the food was still cold and tasted stale ! This time was the worst 3 meals cost $38.00 and I threw everything away . I will never return to this location no matter how close it is ! McDonald’s quality is horrible nowadays! I would rather go hungry then waist my time and money . Food was so bad it is difficult to express how bad !!"

"Update : 2/26/24 @5:55pm there was no one when I arrived , I am now trying the app , I needed help and pressed assistance button, 10 minutes later I gave up and just ordered, NoOne came out, employees were just talking and goofing around in the back, food arrived and girl with short hair brought food out she took to the wrong table I said sorry I changed table I have the receipt that’s our order, she was confused and gave the food and walked away I went back to the counter to ask for sauce and napkins because now they only give 3 napkins for the whole order. Service was subpar this time, hope it gets better. Update: 2/15/24 lady that brought food to table was very nice thank you Update: Dr. Pepper has a weird taste please check it, I got a drive thru Dr Pepper and called but the phone number is not in service. I went dine in today and I remembered because it tastes exactly the same Off taste, like chemicals or expired. I asked for a sprite instead that one was fine. Thanks Now open, clean, cushion chairs."

"Service is horrible. I get the self service setup is normal in high inflation and high wage CA but 1 adult 2 kids out the door at 58$ at least staff 1 attendant to help with self ordering and payment issues. (kiosk sent me to counter due to error with that kiosk) five minutes in I had to start calling out as all staff was focused on drive thru and ignoring the dining room. Same thing when one item was left off the order."

"As of 1/2024. Recently openned. Clean, modern and bright lobby. No Self-service fountain drinks or napkins/condiments. Have to ask a staff for refills. Minimum staff to take orders, suggest to use kiosk. Service was fast, comparable to other in the area. Restrooms are new with no code entry. Larger parking lot that can accommodate class C RVs. No outdoor seating."

"We went into a brand new store today only to discover that we had to wait at the cash register because no one was available or even visible to wait for us. We ordered soft drinks and then had to wait to have them delivered to us because they didn't have a self-service soda fountain. Based on our previous drive-thru service, We were not inspired because they gave us incorrect drinks which we did not discover until it was too late to make returning worthwhile. We will obtain our soft drinks from their nearby competitors in the future."
