"My husband needed new tires and then balanced on his truck. Well Upon arriving my husband stood in the lobby for 20 mins, walks out to call and they pick up immediately. He Goes back in the man says there’s 4 cars in front of my husbands, shouldn’t be too long (all needing a tire or two). Mind you he dropped the truck off at 1030 am. It’s 4pm and his truck is still sitting in the parking lot untouched! I wish I could leave 0 stars! Horrible service!"

"Definitely skeptical on making this trip based on the bad reviews, but I’m glad we did. We had to clear 900 miles by Monday and needed an alignment BAD. We called all over—Loves, TA, Pilot, a few other Goodyear locations—and either the equipment was down or they didn’t do alignments on box trucks or we had to wait until Monday. We’re just thankful that they were able to take care of our truck."
