"Appliance connection is horrible. I have never gone through so much headache buying something until I bought from Appliance connection. I bought a refrigerator from this company, which is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.and it didn’t come with the panels so I had to buy them separately and when they arrived, the panels were completely bent and they say send pictures and you can get a refund or they’ll send you new ones. Well, these were very bent so I did as they ask, I took pictures of them and sent them back to the company who said that they were not bent. They were very very bent.. Also, they say that if they see that they are bent, they don’t get involved with it and we have to go after Fed Ex. I will NEVER buy anything from Appliance connection again. It wasjust a horrible experience."
