"The wait for customer service was horrible. I was helped but not fully. He sold me the replacement pen for my Microsoft surface but the one with a charger sold separately but did not indicate this or give me the opportunity to buy this. So I went home with an expensive but useless device until I bought the separate charger. Not super happy with the experience."
"Best Buy should be held accountable for their lies!!! I purchased a 65 inch tv online which said would be ready in an hour. After the hour had passed it turned into "will be ready in two days" I contacted the store in which I could not get a hold of anybody at the store. It kept sending me to a customer service line which I got the runaround five different times and was lied to so I went down to the store and demanded my television it showed that they were six available in stock in which the associate told me that it's not realistic and having it ready in an hour was not possible so after I explained that this was false advertisement, they continue to say it was not false advertisement that it just wasn't realistic so I offered to go pick the TV myself and they told me that it didn't work that way that they had multiple orders and they could not pick my TV but if I wanted to purchase another one, I can go and grab it off the shelf. So in order for me to get a TV today, they wanted me to pay for it twice and they also refused to cancel my order. I will be taking legal action against this store. False advertisement and refusal of canceling my order. I hope Best Buy eventually gets closed down, and Amazon takes its place. I will never purchase here again"
"This was my first time going into Best Buy to do any kind of business. I bought a car Alarm and they installed it free of charge. The technician Scott and the other technicians were very professional and informative and I had a great experience. It was refreshing and the front desk Also did a good job ! The auto install guys are awesome. :-)"
"Exceptionally poor customer service. I bought a sound bar online and it arrived with no power cords and no remote. Brought it back into the store and they could’ve easily gotten me a remote and power cords from either floor models or open box models or even a non-opened box. But they didn’t even attempt any of those things. They couldn’t be bothered. They only offered me a return. Zero effort whatsoever in trying to solve the problem or make it right. Yes, I got my money back, but what a complete waste of time. And a display of zero regard for the customer or their time. I knew I should’ve purchased elsewhere but figured I’d give Best Buy one last shot. That was, for certain, thee last shot. Oh, plus, the floor models don’t work. Practically none of them. What’s the point? Why even have a store? Best Buy is on that path to the circuit city model. And I’m fine with that."
"Customer service was very thorough in helping me. But it did take a while to get help. In 2021 I bought the invisible shield with the lifetime warranty through Best Buy and I was bringing my phone back to have my shield replaced. They had one in stock, and the employee employee helped me find it and install it. I was charged 790 five, but they did a wonderful job. They were kind and courteous. I recommend Best Buy. For your Phone needs an accessories They are stocking up for christmas with the Flat screen TV's so I had a little trouble getting through the front because I'm in a wide wheelchair. I had to go down further In order to reach the service desk for phone department? Other than that, there was plenty of disabled parking. And the bathrooms are wheelchair Accessible."
