"My drink is never made correctly at this Starbucks. Today I placed a mobile order and, in addition to my drink being made incorrectly (two customizations missing), I waited 20 minutes for my food to be ready. I finally asked about it to be told the item I had ordered was out of stock. There was no sign in the store or anything in the app to indicate the item was sold out. After I waited this long for nothing, I didn’t even bother asking them to remake my drink because I couldn’t wait any longer. Unfortunately, I’ve never had a good experience at this location. The products at Starbucks are too expensive for orders to be consistently made wrong."

"This is my favorite Starbucks. The crew here are nice, work hard and are efficient. Drive through Starbucks don’t always have a good dine in area but this one is always clean and cheery!"

"Literally takes forever to make one coffee. I ordered a cake pop too, I got my coffee first after, 10 min, and didn't get my cake pop, so I forgot I ordered it and left. This is a recurring problem. My simple latte was made incorrectly, I ordered a tall Hazelnut latte. They made regular latte with no syrup. It was too late. I'm super nice, I tip well. I am not complicated. Disappointing"

"This Starbucks always has a ridiculously long wait, and I’m not sure why. A few weeks ago I ordered a coffee traveler an hour before I needed to pick it up in the morning. I spoke with a barista and left my name. When I showed up, they had my name, but no coffee traveler, and they asked me to come back in 10 minutes. They offered no apology and no explanation. When I returned, I was “served” by a brunette barista with a bob and glasses, who did not have so much as smile or say that she was sorry, did not even say thank you or goodbye. I will never come back to the store again."
