"Would not recommend. Came in for an oil change and a patch tire. Took a whole day. Came back the next day and the oil change was not even completed. No courtesy vehicles so you have to pay for round trip Ubers unless you want to wait quite literally all day. I have to go here because it’s the only nearby certified service with my company car."

"This review is for the Parts Department. They ordered a part from the warehouse that they didn't have in stock. The ordering was quick and friendly. The part arrived when they said it would. The reason I give 5 Stars is that they said that they would call me when it came in, but they didn't. I had to call and inquire to find out that it had arrive. Pick up was fast and easy. They could have a little more customer parking. I parked on the street which was close by."
"I would not recommend this dealer to anyone! Very poor service and knowledge. No call backs to update on progress after I have called multiple times. 3-4 week lead time on vehicle, did not follow directions. The wrong parts were ordered.....when you go off the VIN? Come to find out parts have been discontinued. They did not see in the first place? Very questionable critical thinking from this dealer. Hope this helps out any future customer. Thanks"
