Starbucks Oceanside, CA 92056

"I arrived to grab a cup of coffee and get some work done. I had great interactions with one of the two baristas and purchased an iced coffee and sat down to work. The atmosphere was decent and I was able to get some work done. However, the short and older Asian barista was terrible. She made me feel like I was a homeless, drug user intruder for merely using the restroom. I had just gotten into the bathroom when I was rushed and promptly asked to exit. When I had exited, she scowled at me and gave me a dirty look. This was a negative enough experience to ruin this whole establishment for me. I will not be coming to this Starbucks in the future."

"Today was my worst experience here at Oceanside Blvd Starbucks! I ordered my drink and ended up having another customer holding on to it while they're waiting for their other drinks to complete. Once this customer got their drinks they put my drink down. I had asked to have this remade when I was given a snappy response from one of the Starbucks employees that "oh she didn't drink out of it. I watched her. We're not going to make you a new one". If you're doing your job and as a barista and you're making the drinks, you're not going to be watching the customers as you're making these drinks. And if you are watching customers, you may not be making these drinks correctly. This is very disgusting. I have no idea if this customer actually drank out of it or did anything to the cup prior to putting it back. What happened to everybody being sensitive to covid and the threat of getting sick? I guess that doesn't matter anymore. I don't know if the employee was just being straight lazy or didn't like me or what the problem was but I thought that was very unprofessional. One, with the response of being snappy with an attitude and two ignoring my needs as a customer, a paying customer that helps to pay their hourly wages. Very disappointed and this is an experience that is turning me off from coming to this location again. My question to the management is what are you going to do about this?"

"Their mobile order pick up in the morning is absolute chaos and if you’re looking for somebody friendly or happy to ask if your mobile order is ready this is not the right place to go. I’ve been here numerous times. This is not just a one off."

"Really nice staff. Nice outside seating. Does get a bit busy on there. As forewarning, they do have landscapers that come by mid morning on occasion and are loud for the outside seats. I hope they also bring back their fruit smoothies some time."
