"Took my Jeep to have new gears and a locker installed. I already had purchased the gears and a rear locker and Ventura 4x4 was very accommodating about installing customer supplied parts. Well of course the front carrier was missing some parts and parts needed to be ordered. Again this was handled with no issues. The front differential was discovered to be bent. The shop was able to straighten the axle tube and repair it. I don’t think this something that a less experienced technician would have noticed much less been able to repair. I have a about 1000 miles on the news gears and they are quiet and feel right. In my opinion this a very professional shop and customer service is awesome. I am aircraft technician with over 30 years experience and will definitely use this shop again."
