"SALES PRACTICES ARE NEARLY CRIMINAL. I would really like to see this company go out of business. I have ordered in the past and received products which were ok, but a thousand others will do the same. Salesman calls and pressures me into purchase , promising me a FULL money back guaranty if product fails the stated expectations. Normally, when I received inferior consumable products I have just used them up and went on my way. Now, I was strong armed to purchase cut off wheels that were to "supperior anything I have ever seen, better than 3m", if I do not like them, salesman would absolutely refund . GUESS WHAT? I called to collect on this promise and If I send them back at my expense, he would give me credit for the wheels I did not use on future purchase of his JUNK. Within 2 hours of this rejection, I got a call from another salesman from this same company wanting me to buy different JUNK! When I again requested them to take care of this last deal, he stated that the other salesman was from a different firm who used the PR name. I told him that both of you guys called from the same phone number (caller ID) form some where other than California. He hung up on me. I requested cancellation of my credit charge and it was rejected. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT EITHER . THERE ARE MANY EXCELLENT COMPANIES"

"I have been receiving 3-4 calls a week from this company for the last year and have told them on multiple occasions that I am not interested in the junk that they sell. I have bought from them in the past, which was 3 years ago. They claimed their products to be made in the USA, but under the made in USA sticker, there was another sticker that said made in China. The people calling are extremely rude and refuse to hand the call they initiated over to anyone else. I have kept a list of all calls received from this company over the past year and am considering turning it over to my attorney."

"I don't think many people realize who the real crooks are! So let me explain, Pr supply has gone through a wicked year thanks to the help of many past employees that now work for ace. Now these men that used to work for Pr supply got upset with the owner and decided to steal hundreds of accounts but also tried to burn his business down. With that being said the customers have gotten many calls from people allegedly from Pr supply. However many from ace have been calling the accounts they stole and harassing the customers to give Pr a bad name. I am a victim like so many that have been called way to much. But please know it really is ace harassing you. They are immature boys who threw a tantrum. And unfortunately us customers have paid the price. Pr supply you are a good company. Phil banks needs to slow down talking cause he sounds like he's scamming people."

"After the first time they sent me "same stuff off the snap-on truck" and i returned because it was junk China stuff, they still tried to bill me for 75% of the amount. I get at LEAST 1 call a week. The past month i have had 3 calls a week. Everybody that works there is a "Manager of sales" or hold some important title. I used to politely ask them to stop calling. Lately i find more creative ways to hang up on them or try to sell them something. They do not get my humor... But who knows, they might get sick of calling me nonstop"

"PR supply spam calls our auto repair business a few times a month. Last month we recieved a order from PR supply in Ventura CA. The wierd part was we did not order the "order". I called PR supply and told the operator that we did not order this "order" that we recieved. We specifically did not order anything and never would over the phone from someone that spam calls our shop 3 times a day for weeks at a time. The operator transfered me to the "Sales Manager" who right away argued with me and said we did order the items. I gave him a fair option we can either send this back to you and you can refund my card or i will gladly call the credit card company and file a unauthorized charge dispute. He became very angry and literally swore at me saying "that is F** bu** S** , man up and take your order, i will not return it." I relised that this is prob this guys job and contacted my bank and disputed the charges. I did some research and found that this company has a history with placing orders for their customers that was never authorized. I have never dealt with such crooks like these guys before."
