"Super horrible customer service and Mr Felipe the manager requires management skills and needs to learn how to listen to customer. There was another customer that told me how rude he spoke to another employee a cashier. Mr Felipe you are to profesional you have no business running that location. Resign or i hope you get fired you rude wanna be."

"Seriously if you want to get scammed out of money go to this McDonalds , cashiers messing up orders and charging me for other peoples orders is just insane. Not honoring the app prices you name it. For A while I believed they had upped their management but boy was I wrong , never going to this Mcdonalds again , and always double check what they're charging you before you pay !!"

"What's the point of the app if he's gonna tell me he can't honor it while I show it to him and says go ahead and pull forward like a little boss man. That Manager is not well trained and you can tell he doesn't even know protocol to handle issues. He doesn't have the right to make me feel poor for earning the free happy meal for my son. He wanted to refund me and not give my son anything."

"Two drive thru's and only one person working them. Super slow to even get to order food. Once we ordered we were told to pull out front and we'd have to wait. I got a double quarter pounder meal and a drink? What happened to somewhat fast service. Avoid this location. Super slow, total process to order one meal was 35 minutes, we are talking restaurant times for McDonald's without any service. Entire team needs to be retrained on customer service and business operations."
