McDonald's

"McDonald's has become purely transactional. Ordered on the app, took 20 minutes to get our order. Even then they forgot the Happy Meal. So I had to go in, try and find an employee in the lobby or at register, good luck. Had to shout into the prep area, then get grilled over whether or not I was trying to cheat them. By the time it was resolved my fries in the car turned to lard Stix. No one should be putting this food on their body so I suppose they are doing me a favor."

"Horrible service, boring and dirty atmosphere inside the dining area, I ordered for my whole family and they took more than 30 minutes to give us our food. They truly and very obviously only focus on the drive through and don’t care for me bit for their customers inside . Ridiculous! No one apologized or cares to have you waiting , everyone inside was upset and waiting for more than half an hour for their food."

"Not a fan of this McDonald's. When you walk inside it never seems like anyone is available at the cash register. It takes a long time to pick up a mobile order. In addition, they have messed up on our order. When we tried to call no one answered the phone."

"The service here is always terrible. I have been multiple times since they opened, thinking it would get better over time, but nothing has changed. They are either understaffed or incompetent at training their employees. My orders are always either wrong, missing an item, or taking way longer than it should to receive. Doesn't matter if I order through the app or in person, always have an issue that needs resolved."
