I asked politely that I wanted the strawberry boba that was on the sign outside and he answered me so rudely that he did not know what I was talking about. I imagine that working here you should know what’s getting promoted or at least be helpful and understand that it’s my first time here. It sucks seeing people giving this type of service instead of being thankful for having a job."

"Employees were so helpful in pointing us to the right drinks. All 4 of us picked delicious drinks. They have such a wide variety. My top favorite is the Thai Tea with Boba, and the runner-up would be the Boba Coffee with extra Boba. Kids love their Strawberry Oreo Shake or any one of their fruit flavored smoothies. We will definitely be back to try more flavors! Also, 10/10 recommend their mobile app to order ahead, so easy to use. You just show up at the time, it says, walk up to the right side of their counter, and they have a mini fridge with the drinks waiting for pick-up."

"It's Boba Time is a pretty large chain up north in LA/OC , and some stores in SD. We were excited to see one open here in Murrieta since we frequented the one in San Diego. They have such a huge array of drink flavors and types that it'll make your head spin. If you don't know what to pick, they usually have a list of favorites that tend to be pretty safe choices. My favorites are the Thai tea w/ boba, the coffee w/ boba and the Across the Galaxy drinks. They have the perfect level of chewiness to their boba... not too soft but not too hard. Will say the place is a tad crowded to stick around, but you can just nab your drink and walk around the mall."
