"The worst customer service ever! Leilani was very discriminating. I order a soy macha latte and went to the restroom after ordering. When I came back she was on a personal call and completely ignored me for a while until Selina interrupted Leilani's conversation and asked her to give me my beverage. All that time she had already prepared my tea but didn't place it at the counter where customers pick their drinks. Instead, she put it behind the counter and made me wait for a while. Then, after all that, she got upset and gave me my beverage with attitude."

"I'm writing a review because my daughter and I used to come here every Friday after she got off from school. However, lately, her mom moved, so we don't go to this Starbucks anymore. One thing, though: I don't like changes. We really like this one guy who worked the drive-through window every time we were there between 2:30 and 3:15 p.m.; he was courteous, always smiling, and remembered us from the first time we went there. We went there every Friday to try something new and order via the mobile app. I suppose that's how he remembered us because we always use the app, lol, but other than that, the service was always excellent. We are going to miss that guy, but no worries we will stop by one of these days and properly give him compliment in person. I hope he reads this review and hopefully remembers us, because we weren't there last Friday :("

I'm not normally a "homework in a coffee shop" type of person, but this Starbucks has made me a regular! I cannot emphasize how much I love the employees here, extremely friendly and understanding."

"I used mobile order. This was my first time at this location. I ordered at 9:32am and it had estimated pick up time at 9:51. I was a little shocked with that long of a wait. But I arrived at 9:40am and over all the atmosphere was nice friendly and clean. Liked that the called out who's drink was in line to be made next. I actually received my drink at 9:42 am. Thank you for all your hard work you guys are APPRECIATED!!!"
