"Love this place! Took my daughter to enjoy her first experience there. Unfortunately things didn't go as planned. We weren't offered the complimentary warm donut. I had to ask for it. What bothered me was that the asian male behind the counter noticed two young teens walk in, then he stated you want free samples? He was very robot like, no smile no nothing. .Still we enjoyed our "complimentary " donut ."

"I had the privilege of being helped by Micah. She went out of her way to explain the rewards program for me and she genuinely cared about helping me to the best of her ability. She was very kind and willing to assist. I came during the Hot hour and the original glazed donuts were delicious!"

"These people are CONSTANTLY running out of seasonal donuts. You'd think they'd ramp up production knowing how popular they are, but for some reason they refuse to do so. It wouldn't be too bad if they hadn't also removed their birthday cake batter donut, the best one they had. Part of the fun of getting their donuts is the variety they have, but now that's just gone by the wayside. It's real annoying. If theyd address these issues better, then it would be a real 5 star establishment. Because having to come at 5:30 in the morning to get seasonal donuts that should be conveniently baked and ready to go throughout the entire time is just wild."

"It's been a while since we purchase krispy Kreme donuts. We visited since they have promotion for $20.23 for 2 boxes of donuts. As soon as we enter, we were greeted by Delano and offered to help us. He was very helpful, nice and very patient. I confirmed with him about the promotion and he said yes.. very happy about his service. Give him a raise. Most likely will buy and visit again. Highly recommended, A+++++++"
