Better Buzz Menifee

"My second time ever going to better buzz and definitely not a fan. I placed a mobile order and got my drink and a Bacon Ciabatta subbed the bread for sourdough. But I noticed I only had half a sandwich. When asking the employee she told me that since I got sourdough I only get a half sandwich instead of the full sandwich, I was throw off by this because nowhere it says on the APP that I would only receive half a sandwich if I subbed the bread. I paid 11 dollars for half a sandwich that’s ridiculous. On top of that I was waiting to pick up a chocolate croissant for my friend since we both ordered on the mobile app at the same time and it took an extra 22 minutes to get that croissant that she mobile order! I had to ask someone regarding it and I was really annoyed by this because I don’t think it should of taken that long to get."

"We walked in at about 4PM, there were almost no people yet the floor was filthy, no cups near the water tap and the pastries in the display case have seen better days. It all didn't seem to bother the 3 employees that were just standing there, laughing and talking. We ordered Cappuccino and Cortado, and got Cortado and Kombucha instead... They replaced it. The coffee was burnt and the milk texture was horrible... The "barista" doesn't know how to froth properly, it was all sea-foam-like bubbles, as in my picture... I don't know who the owner is but it's not enough to design a beautiful place and put a La Marzocco coffee machine! TRAIN your workers!!! So much potential gone to waste."

"Worst better buzz out there. Don’t waste your time or money. So inconsistent on the taste. As if they let their employees choose how much ingredients go in. Different taste every time and they are all bad. This makes Starbucks look like good coffee. Can’t even drink this since it tastes so bad. Watery, almost zero sweetener. Never going to this location again"

"Better than Starbucks in flavor and consistency. I wish there was a better buzz next to my house instead of dozens of Starbucks that always get my order wrong and burn the coffee. I love better buzz, the honey latte is so addicting and the drinks come out pretty fast. They are always consistent with their drinks and they always taste really good. The food is good too. Best coffee shop! Parking can be a bit of a war zone in that plaza though, be prepared to park far or tussle with someone for a space."
