"Went in with my son and I stood there for at least 5 min. 3 workers and no one made eye contact. A girl was on the register but she didn't say anything til I finally walked up to the register. (I normally see a guy in the front who is on top of everything, he is good.) I felt like I was annoying her when I asked for a cake pop she mumbled it. My drink was good but I almost spit it out when I heard her tell another customer she was the manager. Customers can go anywhere they want but if you greet them they will come back."
"Imagine you being with your 3 littles ones waiting in line just have a member help their worker instead of you than when you bring it up you get an attitude you get the same energy you give back I understand it was mistake but imagine still getting an attitude just because you said something and broke up there little conversation people have things to do learn to teach your workers about manners because they all had a damn attitude when I said something I’ve worked with customer service for over 4 years no matter the issue even how mad I was I always kept professional us consumers are the reason why you have a job"
"Charismatic employees that really fill the cafe with a pleasant experience and vibe. Drinks were made quickly and food was sent out in a timely matter. Plenty of parking Bathrooms were really dirty and messy."
