"I've eaten here a few times now. Overall, it's a good spot and not super overpriced. The food is decent, but not a super high quality restaurant. If you want great comfort food dining near the beach, this is your place. We had friendly service but not 100% accurate orders received. No struggles fixing issues. Tons of chips and salsa. Margarita, I swear, was a virgin Margarita even though we ordered it with their silver tequila. I ordered the fish tacos which always arrived quickly and were pretty tasty too. The dining experience matches the price. We fed 3 adults, 1 teen, and a 2 year old for around $120, including 2 large margaritas."
"My girlfriend and I come here quite a bit because we feel the portion sizes are good given the pricing and they also make a killer Margarita. I love their chilli Coronado and she likes their Burritos. We believe Jamie offers excellent service and is also a great bartender. The atmosphere is very comfortable and it could benefit with a little bit of updating and improving but then again the condition makes it pretty authentic. It's one of those local places that you love to go rather than being at a commercial spot."
"Im not here to suck D"
"Food was good, I had the spinach enchilada and it was nice for a change up. I like the refried beans and rice a little more because they were the standard fair. Good presentation and service although I upgraded to the jalapeño mango Margarita and it wasn't very tasty."
"I don’t understand such high reviews. It was mediocre at best. The Mexican pizza had no flavor. The tortilla soup had olives in it, which I found strange. I’ve had much better tamales. The salsa they bring to the table reminds me of pace picante sauce. The margaritas didn’t taste like it had any tequila in it. It tasted like lemonade. No one greeted me when I entered the building. I would suggest finding a more authentic Mexican restaurant. Our server was nice, the food just wasn’t worth another trip. They did have a nice patio as well."
