"I bought my daughter a grande hot vanilla latte made with soy milk. I am trying to attache a picture. As she was drinking it something kept clogging the hole when we open the cup we found peices of "something" in the coffee . Did not resemble your typical food . I couldn't drink mine for fear of the same. She felt nauseous all night with the thought of what she had drank very sad.."

"The new Valentines Day Chocolate covered strawberry Frappuccino is here, and it is delicious! It's more of the strawberry syrup with the chocolate pieces inside. Usually, im nervous to try chocolate and strawberry in a drink together, but im craving another one! Must try for sure."

"I visited this Starbucks on March 13, 2023. I ordered a Caramel Cream Brulee' Frappuccino. When I received my drink I noticed what appeared to be chocolate in my drink. I asked the girl if there was chocolate in my drink. She said yes. I told her that I've ordered this drink numerous times before and there has never been chocolate in it. I asked her to remake my drink. She turned around and used the lid to remove as much chocolate as she could but she did not remove it all. When she gave me back my drink I told her there was still chocolate in my drink. I told her that my concern was that I'm allergic to chocolate and can't consume it. She said oh with a smirk and remade my drink. When she returned my drink I noticed that more than a quarter of my drink was whip cream and caramel. I really didn't want the drink after the careless mistake. Another person came to the window and I expressed my concerns with him. He said he was a supervisor. I could not believe that they would add ingredients that are not listed for the drink I ordered anywhere. They need to know that allergies are not a game and it requires people like me to "over care" about the littlest things like chocolate. Please make the drinks with the ingredients listed. Please care a little more about your job. Please take people who are spending $5.45 or more on a drink more seriously."

"I’m not sure if I came on an “off” day, but the lady working the drive thru can hardly work the window. I asked for the pumpkin cream cold brew. The lady said it would be a minute after I paid $5.25. She then turns back around and hands me a drink. I was rushing to my hair appointment so I didn’t even stop to make sure it was the right drink. I don’t know who’s drink she gave me but it wasn’t the drink I ordered. The temp was already lukewarm like it was sitting out for over an hour. There was no ice and the coloring was just wrong. I took one drink and I can’t even tell you what kind of drink it was. Also there was no sticker on the drink indicating what drink it was. Such a disappointment and waste of money. This location needs to get it together, if I wasn’t in such a rush I would’ve went back."

"The shifts supervisor (heidi) was amazing She provied great customer service by letting me know she will be taking care of me. She explained that unfortunately the double shot expresso on ice is older drink that not everyone knows how to make. A few times now one of the employees left the foam rather than scooping it and topping off the drink accordingly. I am aware that there is a little foam but 2 inches is far too much. I have never been the one to complain about such things. However, I kick start my morning almost every day with the coffee at Starbucks when my drink is not made to my liking it's a bit discouraging. I cannot explain how I feel when my drink is made as I am used too, I have been drinking this drink for years now and it is beyond satisfying to see the difference in comparison regular coffees. This coffee is darker and stronger which is why I drink it. I am beyond satisfied with the way Heidi handled my complaint! I would like to add the staff is always great. Hopefully this can help with consistency! Thank you Heidi I appreciate your service."
