"I placed an order on doordash and the driver had forgotten one of the items so I went to the Starbucks location I had originally ordered from and they had not only replaced what was forgotten by the driver but they had given me a discount for a future order. Thank you! I appreciate it a lot!!"

"I rarely write reviews but the customer service here is bad, from both workers. They charged twice for a drink and after i told her she did she said she deleted it which wasn’t true because it clearly said 2 for the price of 12.90. For my other drink i asked for venti with an extra shot of espresso and were trying to give me a grande and when i told them they made me a venti but with no extra shot. It just seems like they charge you and make you what they want. Will never be coming here again. Thanks Audrey"

"If this is the one in the Vons, the service was horrible. The mixed girl, sadly, couldn't get her name and has the worst attitude. I asked for a drink she rudely said she couldn't hear. I repeated it and then she rudely said they didn't have it and rolled her eyes. I get it being in customer service socks cause I work in it, too. But you don't have to be rude immediately to people who are being nice."

"If its rush hour they will turn off their oven and say they cant turn it on right now, not only that they had a huge line and they are taking their time and do things super slow when they should be trying to get their line short. Taking to long to grab a cup or even put ice in its sad. I get they have alot of costumers but do they had to take that long? It took me almost 40 mins to get 2 drinks."

"I have lived in the area for 8 years and the coffee quality as well as the food has ever been so poor. They say they’ll warm up your croissant and they don’t, coffee beans taste burnt 90% of the time and this morning I over heard the baristas making fun of peoples order's while I was waiting to pay. Bring back the old baristas because the new ones are incredibly childish and do NOT know how to make a decent cup of coffee."
