"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your location. It took 38 minutes to prepare my McGriddle meal, and when I was finally served, the food was lukewarm. The attitude of your staff was unacceptable and inexcusable. I demand an explanation for this experience and expect you to take the necessary steps to ensure that it does not happen again. If you fail to do so, I will be forced to share my negative experience and harm the reputation of your location. Additionally, your delays caused me to be late, which is unacceptable. I expect a follow-up about this issue because we need to discuss the quality of employees you hire for your restaurant. Please note that this happened on February 29th at 10:15 a.m. and that there was a manager present who heard the dismissive and rude behavior of your staff members towards a customer who had valid frustrations due to being made late by McDonald's."
