"Gave away our pizza that was paid for after only 1.5 hours over estimated time, and they locked their door an hour early. Now have to wait for a refund. Mentioned we'd be across the street at the bar; waiting for their text and it never came."

"The owner of this place is a hoot. I know a few nice people who have been burned by this establishment, & then, they get slandered by the owner when he replies to their reviews. Tried the pizza myself for the first time last week, & it was burnt, & lacked flavor. The sauce was missing something! Normal business owners don't have to have the last word when a customer is unhappy. This is a locally owned business you should do yourself the favor of skipping! Dominos is nearby & gives great rewards on their App."

"I haven't been inside the new location (yet), however, I have ordered delivery and I'm thrilled to say the pizza is still as amazing as it ever was. My only disappointment is that pizza is all they're offering now. Our local Ramona community now has no Italian restaurant offering. Pizza is great, sure, but it is sad to see the rest of the menu items no longer available. With our local area saturated by Mexican food, fast food and very little in the way of traditional 'comfort food', I imagine someone could really capture a decent profitable following of customers with an Italian restaurant offering all the wonders of that cuisine. Overall, as I said before, the pizza is great and I'll keep getting mine here."

"I was so hopeful of this place being delicious after seeing a picture of what looked like an amazing pizza. Unfortunately it fell short. I placed an order online for delivery at 5:40pm. 2 pizzas, a Margherita and supreme/works both larges. My total came to around $50 then upon check out with delivery fees, taxes and a $10 tip my new total was 73$ kinda steep for 2 pies but hey, maybe they'll be worth it. At 6:50 I get a call from them stating my pizzas were ready for pick up. I told her I payed for delivery. So she changed it and had an Uber driver pick up my order. About 30 minutes later my pizzas show up. 7:30 pm luckily not cold but not Hot either. Upon opening the boxes they looked decent but definitely not 73$ good. They were loaded with toppings and in my opinion way too much cheese. I'm not sure what kind of cheese they used but it was really odd. Greasy/waxy type that never firmed up. I'd describe it as if velveeta made a white mozzarella version. Highly disappointed. We gave it a shot but not worth the money..."

"Never got my refund! They kept ALL my MONEY….. I was shocked to find after calling their number directly and showing up for the pizza 50 minutes later ( She told me 45 minutes)… My pizza was still not ready.. had to wait an additional 15 minutes while other customers around me were upset about waiting so long… I spent $27 to try their new large pizza but it turns out it’s only 1-2 inch or slightly bigger than a medium pepperoni pizza.. And it fits with room in a medium pizza box!!! I asked for it to be extra pepperoni and well done. And none of those were on the pizza or even on the receipt. To top it all off I called them back and asked for a refund and they told me to come back and work it out. I show back up and they were reluctant on giving me a full refund and tried to refund me to only the extra pepperoni. Then lied and told me I would get a full refund... I was gonna give them another chance but not after this incident."
