"I am a long-time fan of Philz Coffee, consistently drawn to their unique blends and welcoming atmosphere. However, my recent visit was deeply marred by an encounter with an extremely unprofessional staff member. On this visit, there was a mix-up with my order, where I received an iced coffee instead of the hot coffee I had requested. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. However, when I politely pointed out the error, the employee with long hair responded with mockery and disdain, openly ridiculing me in front of other customers. This behavior was shocking and completely out of line. What's more, when I calmly confronted him about his inappropriate behavior, his response was to yell and scream at us, using extremely offensive language and even telling us to leave the store. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer service environment, especially from a brand I have come to love and respect. I am deeply disappointed by this incident. It not only ruined my experience but also made me question my patronage of Philz Coffee. I hope the management takes appropriate action to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and kindness they deserve."

"Coffee is delicious and the inside is cute, it also smells amazing when you walk through the door. I asked for a recommendation and was very happy with what I got. The guy behind the counter was by himself but was working quickly. He told us how long the wait would be and considering it was decently busy and he was by himself I think it wasn’t bad. He was super nice, and I appreciated being asked my milk preference. Mostly I’m impressed with the customer service. Will definitely be choosing this place in the future over Starbucks =)"
