"Reviewing as an espresso nut. This place should be nationally recognized... At tier 2. You will be enjoying beans from Onyx, one of the best roasters nationwide. That said, after touring 8 of the top coffee shops in NYC, you could make a few changes to be just as good as any of those places. - improve the seating furniture and decor (I recognize the cheapest possible media console from Amazon) - serve soda water with espresso"

"Great little coffee shop , first time visiting today and I Enjoyed my time. The cappuccino was tasty. I ordered a jalapeño cheese and ham croissant and that was really good. I typically don’t drink coffee today but decided to try their mango cold brew with housemaid cream and I have to say that was really really good!! Their Internet was fast, the bathroom is clean the staff is very helpful and friendly and I even appreciate the fact that they offered to make my 2nd cup of coffee not as sweet compared to how it’s typically ordered. I would definitely go back again"

"Flat White Coffee in Cypress offers some unique flavors of coffee. The menu is relatively small, but it's well executed. We were there in the late afternoon, and there weren't any choices of pastries other than plain croissants. I'm not sure I would go out of my way to grab coffee here if I'm not in the area, but we enjoyed our drinks!"

"Flat White Coffee is a artisan coffee shop with several specialty lattes. We ordered the Spanish and lavender latte. Both were a little bit bitter and unfortunately there is no condiment station to add extra sugar, or simply to get stirring sticks/napkins & etc. My wife ask to get more sweetener and her latte since it still tasted a bit bitter. The barista was very dry and indifferent with facial expressions that indicated he doesn't want to work or be there. It's never a good look for an employee to talk amongst the other staff after "assisting" a customer and see them mumble under there breath. Some feedback for the business owner. Please focus on your employees customer service skills and maybe add a condiment station since the coffee still tastes a bit better. I understand that some chefs or baristas have their specific recipes however it doesn't mean everyone shares that same taste pallette. We came here because this coffee shop is supposed to be competitive with Coffee Code, The Mug and Phin Smiths but it didn't meet the other locations standards of service. The easiest thing to implement in a business is great customer service. To smile is free to be friendly is free to make eye contact is free...you get the point. In conclusion, the bad taste that never goes away is always bad customer service."
