"I love this place and come here ever so often no complaints until this last time where some employees decided it was ok to lie and say that there is a limit to how many refills you can get, I checked the Starbucks website searching of where they had a policy of only 1 refill per person but couldn't, it's clear they lied just to get out of doing more work, not cool."
