"The pictures are not up to date the inside is furnitureless with the most basic designs. I tried ordering today with a cashier who didn't understand what I was saying and I had to repeat myself 4 times. Then she charged me extra without telling me so I told her to cancel my order she was shocked I had to repeat myself and she was completely dumbfounded. I've never been so annoyed at a Starbucks. Total waste of time go to one of the other 3 locations right down the street cause I'm never going here again."

"This is the best Starbucks ever… I am a barista, shift supervisor, coffee, master… I came to California from another state from a store that was a $70,000 a week store… This was the store that matched everything in the state that I moved to California from… Their qualityof their product going out the door and the window is absolutely superb… Customer connection… At 100%… Making every moment right… At 100%… Absolutely amazing… It has been my favorite Starbucks by far since moving to California two years ago."

"I have been visiting this Starbucks every Wednesday since I am in the area. And the following observations are true every single time; - Staff never greets you, in fact you have to wait for a while before someone will come and take the order. - coffee always comes out cold and you have to ask them to remake it. They do it but you can see the grudge .. the unwillingness on their faces. - food always comes out wrong, you have to request them to redo it. Initially I thought they are just having some tough days but it’s a predictable pattern. Guess I need to find another Starbucks in this area."

"Good for a quick coffee on the way to or home from work. A little hard to get into as there is no signal and the asphalt of the center is torn up. At the time of this review, some of the parking lot is torn up as the Inca Grille building is being renovated and there is a large green fence. Inside Starbucks is smaller than some but cozy and great for conversations."
