With no people waiting and no line? I don’t think they need to cook air pancake that long maybe they just discouraging customers to order air pancake for some reason. Update response: To whom it may concern - Please don’t give a lame excuse that you have a lot of order thru different apps. I was there more than an hour - 30 minutes waiting for my order and the rest eating. I don’t see people picking up their order if there is maybe one or 2 the rest is walk in order. I saw customers coming in then just left the shop without ordering anything maybe they were shocked too for 30 minutes wait considering no waiting on line and no people. Please check other reviews we have the same comments. Sometimes the truth hurts and that’s what it is. I work in a food place before for 12 years and we served 100’s of customer in 5 hours time frame… it’s more how you do things in an effective way creating a good system in processing and delivering orders that’s a tip right there. You should be thankful with all the reviews especially when customer pointing out or complaining something so your business can improve on that area rather than attacking the customer back. "I loved the air pancake. I recommend calling + ORDERING AHEAD cus it takes 30 mins to make. they are good tho! and the perfect portion. it's not too much and still filling. I will definitely be back with a friend."
