"So i come in this Starbucks ever another day or so because I work in the area and as a black male I'm starting to feel bullied by my experience. What bothers me the most is the barista never actually call my name when the order is ready or even make direct eye contact with me. No greeting no smile nothing. More importantly my order is consistently wrong. I mentioned my order being wrong a few times before but i felt like i was being more of a nuisance instead of receiving a positive customer service experience. I have watched other customers get greeted upon entry, get their names called and promptly receive their orders. Im curious to know why my experience is so different."

"Like the vibe of this place, employees are friendly, studying here is not a problem. They charge you $0.50 for refills, even though it is supposed to be free. Toilets are clean, there are chargers in the wall and under the long table. Sometimes ppl can be loud during the afternoon, but usually it is quiet."
