"My name is Shalyn Wiggins. I am writing this email because I recently applied for a position in Turlock, ca for a supervisor. I had my interview last Sunday with the assistant manager Sarah. Who was uncomfortable doing the interview because she doesn’t do them. I was supposed to do it with Amanda. They said I should get a call. I waited a whole week call Friday and they said call back Monday or Tuesday for rescheduling? Don’t know what that meant. I have 5 plus years experience managing jewelry stores. Multiple of them were multimillion dollar stores. I know what I am doing. I have experience in HR. Honestly a company wants someone who has experience or is comfortable doing what the company asks. Picking someone less qualified than myself would only mean they are intimidated of my experience and their position. The way she has handled herself and the store when I walked is honestly not okay. I was dressed more professionally than your employees. I would be having my store held to a standard and they do not. Every time I have called to speak to her it’s she is busy, in a meeting or out of the store. The store manager should always be in the store. And to have associates be doing her job for her by not getting on the phone and speaking to me is really childish. Why have positions open if you’re not going to fill them with the right people. I just called the store at 2:56 and the associate said she was gone for the day. What store manager leaves at 2 when you open at 10 am? That’s only 4 hours? Very very unprofessional"

"This store just did not have good merchandise. It was like a store that receives all the overstock or clearance items. Its called "Forever 21 Red" so, nothing like a regular Forever 21. The clothes were terrible and the store looked like it was selling used clothes."

"The website says that they close at 7 pm but the manager says 6 pm. I drove 30 minutes thinking I have an hour to shop since I arrived at 5:55 pm."

"This store is very organized staff is very helpful and friendly but dressing rooms are closed because of covid so you can't try clothes on but their return policy has been updated so if something doesn't fit you can return it"

"This store has great customer service at the front register. Lady was nice and friendly also store is well kept. My daughter likes shopping here because they have nice clothes selections and I think prices are reasonable."
