"Im not one to be a “Karen” since I understand the obstacles that some restaurants might be facing but this location needs some serious leadership. I went in to buy some things and I used the electronic touch pads, my order took longer than those ordering in the registers. I placed a second order for two donuts and i tried waiting for the cashier to return but he did not so I ordered through the tablet again. This time i never received my order, i asked about it and the “manager” seem so dismissive. Unfortunately my order was not able to be fulfilled because they sold all the donuts that i had ordered. There was a full tray of them but due to them not paying attention, they sold them all. I don’t understand why they would implement self service if this issue will keep repeating itself."

"Has to be the absolute slowest drive through I’ve been through consistently. The only reason I go back is because my toddler loves the hash browns. My *simple* order has been messed up countless times and even when I’m the only car in the drive through the worker doesn’t get on the intercom or takes forever."

"This has happened more than once but today really put me in a bad mood. I arrived at opening (6 am on a sunday) and figured the doors would be locked since they started that habit recently.Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes because I thought hey maybe something happened and they're understaffed. When I gave up I pulled to the front and could see everything was set up but the doors were locked. I waited and even called the store. After 30 minutes I saw their manager stroll I'm and open the door. I waited a bit and walked in after 2 minutes thinking maybe she's by herself. But turns out there were two employees I'm there the entire time. Was ignored at first because they were too busy telling a story about their night before drinking. I work in coffee as well and this is really unacceptable. I don't know what happened to the staff that was here before and during the summer, but anyone that was good is pretty much gone."
