"Employees are horrible and do not have any customer service skills! Dunkin', you definitely need to retrain your employees on customer service skills. Walked in for a regular coffee. I was the only customer in the store with two employees behind the counter. One was at the register pushing buttons, the other was on her phone. I approached the register to order and the employee at the register said to use the kiosk and continued to push buttons on the register. Really? Wow, how rude and lazy! You're literally right there. This was absolutely disgusting service! If you're going to get a coffee, go to Starbucks better. They have better customer service. Get it together, Dunkin'!"
