"Without a doubt every time I come to this Starbucks location the iced coffee is HORRIBLE every single time. Watered down stale old coffee is what it tastes like. The Starbucks by my work has the best tasting iced coffee but when I come here the quality is extremely poor. Do better!! Something is not being done right, stop cutting corners and make better iced coffee. I come to this location for the convenience of the drive thru but I refuse to waste any more money here. Stop being lazy and actually prepare the iced coffee the way it’s supposed to be. Stop giving good paying customers watered down old coffee. Managers if you’re reading this, please get to the bottom of why the iced coffee tastes awful every single day."

"I support businesses that let their customers use their restroom. This location doesn't. I only let my adult kids go in only due to convenience, because of a giftcard. I'd rather get coffee from the nearby McDonald's. No tables or chairs either with all the space they have."
