"Very good service! We're from Albuquerque, New Mexico and came out for Dreamstate. Stopped here for hookah. Came back again the next day. Very clean and excellent hookah. Service is fantastic. Thank you so much for showing us such great hospitality. Will definitely be back again next year!!"

"Worst customer service ever. I don't really like writing bad reviews because I'm a small business owner myself, but these guys are horrible. I ordered a Hookah after getting it, it started to hit very harsh. I told them about it and they apologized and said it has too much water in it. So they took it back to fix the issue but they brought it back with the Hookah having a bad taste. I asked for the Manager named Philippe. He was extremely rude I continued to explain to him that after they brought it back from fixing the first issue he said that you didn't say anything after receiving it the first time. So they didn't want to fix it. And then to change the head they said that there would be a charge of $8 witch was unfair because the issue was never fixed in the first place. I highly recommend that you dont come here. They have horrible Hookah's and extremely horrible customer service. Manager is very rude and if you have a problem good luck getting what you pay for....."

"Very exceptional customer service. Haven't been to a hookah bar since my time in India back in 2012 and is was what I expected before walking in. They don't just ignore you and they offer a happy hour price also. Very good people."
