"First time grabbing a bite here following our first board of the infamous Queen Mary. While most of the food was tasty, we experienced some inconsistencies: - Part of the food was lukewarm at best when served. - Portion sizes for some of the entrees were comical (especially the Asiago Chicken Parmesan, once you find it buried under the billowing salad/garnish. Typical “fine dining” I suppose). Many of the cheaper sandwiches/other menu options, were far more filling. - Service was a bit slow to receive food, dessert, and drinks prior to them even before becoming a slight bit busy."

"I order the Mac and cheese with a clam chowder soup. I tasted the Mac and Cheese and it was oily (not in a way) with no flavor. It was suppose to be aged cheddar. It had no profile. Prices are not cheap. So I told the witness I did not like it and I didn't want another one. She still charged me for it and unknowing my husband paid for it. When I went back to ask for it refunded. I was met with rudeness and saying she would refund it (she's the witness not the manger) and I couldn't speak to a manger because she didn't know where she was. I don't trust that she will follow through with her promise. I am reaching out to get this resolved."

"Our waiter and the hostess were the highlight of our dinner last night. The service team was extremely understaffed, which is a critique of the management, but our server was upbeat and accommodating throughout. I left him as big of a tip as I could. That being said, the rye bread of the corned beef Ruben was dripping with grease, it was somewhat disgusting. Everything else we ordered was satisfactory. It was a bit surprising there was no apple juice or ginger ale available. Isn't this supposed to be a family-friendly spot? Thank you again to our server for if it weren't for him the night would have been a mini-disaster."

"I got the dinner buffet. I think it came out to $~60/person. The food at the buffet wasn't hot and wasn't good. Atmosphere sucks. I really recommend you leave the ship and go to a nearby restaurant instead of eating here. Servers and hostess were friendly, it's just the food and atmosphere that suck."
