"The past three times I’ve come here, no matter which lane I get into, the car that gets there after me gets their order taken first. I never said anything because i know it gets busy and the staff doesn’t know who was there first but this time there were only three other cars and two workers were standing right there on the side in clear sight and they still ended up doing the same thing. The worst part is when I brought it up to an employee instead of saying a simple sorry, she said that it was because of their ordering system and “well it just happens” like girl?? What’s the point of a drive thru if first come first serve doesn’t apply. Never again coming here, I’d rather drive farther than go to this Dutch bros"
