"I ordered two happy meals, and one was wrong (chicken nuggets instead of a hamburger), luckily my kids both love chicken nuggets. However this level of inattention to service and quality is indicative of the overall quality of the food and service. The price for what is provided is no longer what I consider a value, especially compared with other fast food chains."

"Worst McDonald's don't even come here. Order online supposed to pick up in counter but they still want me to go online on drive thru, what's the point of McDonald's app if they won't follow it? Just stop using technology if you cannot use it properly."

"My order was missing the BBQ sauce and sweat and sour sauce that I payed for when I payed online and my fries had way too ,too much salt I couldn't even eat them they tasted extremely salty. Either the employees did it purposely or they are really stupid. I'm so upset because it was of waste of my money and it wasn't cheap. I will never order from this mc donalds online."

"Today, on my way to work, I decided to place a mobile order simple baccon biscuit sandwich and a large macchiato. The sandwich was ok just that the Baccon was a bit crispy, but I can deal with that it was the macchiato that had me frustrated. Not only did they ask me to move to the last window, and I waited for 5 minutes to get the macchiato without an explanation or approximation of wait time. Once I got the macchiato, it was cold and tasted, disgusting no flavor, just cold water with creamer. I understand that machines break down, so I would rather had them told me that they would give me my money back or choose another item, not just had me wait and give me this nasty macchiato."
