"Orders use to be correct device was good but lately is so bad. They started parking all the cars and having us wait a long time. I started ordering on the app and waiting in the and waiting for my meal now there app doesn’t work. Not to mention they never have ice cream or cold brew."

"The food is amazing here, the cleanliness is great the service is terrible. People here are rude, slow, complacent, easy to get angry, and just plain sucks as a human being. The only one that has me coming back is Rosa. Rosa is a hard worker and if you take a step back and watch you will see she is the one working in the entire restaurant. Rosa has a great attitude, and always makes me want to come back because of her warm heart and bright smile. I feel like the world and McDonald's needs more people like her. If they had 10 people like her at every store McDonald's owns, McDonald's profits would increase so much because of her efficiency, hard work, great attitude, and overall just Rosa. She needs to move up in the company and used as an example in what to look for in a person."

"After our morning walk, my friends and I come in to at least have coffee. The staff is always friendly to us. Always. Two days ago one of the ladies realized she did not have on one of her earrings. This is where the extraordinary service comes in. Nathaly, one of the very friendly and helpful employees, came right over to help us look for the wire backing of the lost earring. She put the light on her phone right at where we were trying to find this missing part. The seams of the seat where we sat and the floor directly beneath us. It was amazing. No one questioned why she was spending so much time helping us, further empathizing the fact that the staff members as a group take pride in being of service to their faithful and loyal customers. It was a proud moment. Like all good things that happen to us, I have told the story today to at least six people. I even went back this afternoon to get a quarter pounder with the additional one for one dollar. I only made the trip to get the store number, which is: 10824. Thank you for your time. "I paid under seven dollars for a Hot N Spicy, Large fries, a drink, and McDouble. Burger was somewhat juicy, chicken was crispy, and tender, Coca-Cola was refreshing, but my fries could have been packaged better because I felt cheated on my large fries. I think there should have been more and they need to do better on how they open the large fry container to get a better amount of fries into said container. The dining room was a kind of a mess. Trash on a table and someone left a Happy Meal box as well. Plus, the kiosk I ordered on did not accept card payment, so I had to pay at the counter."
