"It's a hit an miss with this location. As per usual, the ice cream machines sometimes work and sometimes don't. The food is a hot and miss too. They burned all 10 of my chicken nuggets once so I was super sad. Another time I got a quarter pounder with bacon and it was actually really good. Other than that it's your usual McDonald's. This place will be crowded on weekdays since it's next to two schools too."
"I ordered the big Mac bundle. The fries were smoking hot. The burgers were delicious and the chicken nuggets were crispy and moist. I didn't know there was a big Mac bundle. 2 big macs, 2 fries, 20 piece chicken nuggets. $19.99. I recommend it for you."
"Recent curbside order they provided me with a raw quarter pounder. I took one bite not noticing and spit it out immediately. Neglectful!"
"This McDonald’s has seriously gone down hill. Every single time I’ve been here the last few trips, I’ll go through the drive through and whoever is taking the order sounds like anything I’m asking for doesn’t make sense to them. Last night we went, it was time to pay. We asked if we could pay with the cash we have and put the remaining balance on my card. The girl said ok you have to use the card first. I did and I got charged the entire balance… she didn’t say anything she just walked away and another employee had to come up and acknowledge it.. on top of that as well, I asked for no pickles on my burger. I got home and even the sticker on the wrap says no pickles. Opened it up, took a bite, and there’s a pickle! It’s not a huge deal to me because I’m not allergic of anything but that is a scary thought for people WITH allergies. She also didn’t read my order right because I ordered a larger drink that came with my happy meal and handed me a small one. A simple mistake that ended up wasting HER time that could have been avoided just by reading. Look, I get it, they’re busy and they’re doing a lot but this is now always the experience there (at least at night) and it’s apparent that it must be the management."
"Came here yesterday for a quick lunch, or so I thought. This McDonald’s takes the longest in the entire county of Ventura I’m sure. The drive through is always out into the street. Nine times out of ten they will ask you to pull up to one of the waiting spots as well. Yesterday was no exception when I finally got through the drivethru, paid, pulled to last window and was asked to pull up to the number one waiting spot. I requested a few sauces and she made a note. I pull up and wait another 10 minutes or more and finally I get my food but sadly I was given no sauces. I’m on a lunch break from work so I just had to leave and I couldn’t go in for sauce. The food was basic, kinda dry and sloppy. Even very subpar for world famous McDonald’s. I returned to work and maybe 15 minutes after I felt very uneasy in my stomach. I’m not sure what was up but maybe a health inspection is overdue here. Please do better McDonald’s."
