"Dear Starbucks Gridley staff of 11/4/23, Sat., 8-9pm: Please deal with non-patron nuisance inside your business. This guy in the large middle table who is not even a patron (not buying anything) is literally singing unintelligibly at the top of his lungs which is rude as hell. It's crazy how you just let people do this and ruin the experience of your paying customers. He is threatening by the way, tall black guy who is as audacious and rude as he can be, so it is hard for customers around him to stand up to him. If we were only bigger, we would have put our foot down. But please, look out for your coffeehouse environment and enforce safety rules in it by calling public safety officers if that's what it takes."
