"This is a below average Panara Bread. The soup was decent, though the sourdough bread bowl lacked a sour taste. The hot water for the tea was not hot enough and the tea bags are kept behind the front counter (staff needs to help you). The bathroom was closed for cleaning the whole hour I was there. The staff member cleaning the bathrooms was going in and out between the kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area while also playing music on her phone. Overall, food was edible, tea was cold, and atmosphere was lacking. This location is fine if all you want is nourishment and caffeine, just get your order to go."
"I finally caved in and joined the Unlimited Sips program only for them to move the charged lemonade drinks from being self serve to behind the counter just a few days later. This is absolutely horrible, what a terrible business decision. I will be canceling my membership, what a waste of time!"
"Came in on Saturday(11/4) 1 pm. There was a new worker being trained by seasoned workers. These young men were impressive! ( front counter)My first time in this location and they attended to another and me , with kindness and professionalism. I will go back here because the positive atmosphere among staff was welcoming. All the way to front at ordering to pick up: noticeably a good team of workers. This place can be missed tucked in the corner facing south street and I’m grateful to have come here. Good job you guys ! It made my day even better . The chicken green goddess sandwich was mushy shredded barely their chicken. I think you could go with chicken chunks grilled for a 15$ sandwich, however: the service made my experience very nice. So kick up that sandwich if you can& keep that good atmosphere you have going."
"Panera bread is too experience compared to the dull small portions they serve. It's more of a samples eatary than a restaurant. They told us they don't serve breakfast after 10:30 AM. Even most hotels don't stop serving breakfast before 11AM, let alone restaurants. The best thing they have is coffee"
