"First time I came I was surprised by how dirty the barista area was. The glass partition is splattered with syrups and their working counters were full of spilled drinks that they continued to work on rather than cleaning off. I thought maybe they had a big rush so maybe this isn't the norm. Came in a second time and partitions are still splattered and the edge of the bar was super dusty and this was 9am so if closing cleaning duties were done this wouldn't be so. I'll be making a note to go to a different location. The staff seemed nice and my order was correct, just the cleanliness is missing."

"I sent my son to pick up 2 medicine balls (which are great when you’re sick) and he asked if they had everything to make them. He was told yes, when I got them it was only citrus mint tea!! No peach tranquility tea or steamed lemonade! I wish the employees were truthful!!"

"Came here for a cup of vanilla latte and a sandwich via drive thru. From the time I placed the order to the time I got my coffee and sandwich took about 10 min. I was running late for work already so I grabbed my order and took off. Well. The sandwich was good but the coffee was not what I have ordered. It was a disappointment."

"This particular location is my local spot. They have a lot of staff changes which is normal but does slow the process of getting drinks out. Frank was there holding it down, provided great service and was helping the other baristas in training. Even when this old guy started yelling at the other staff for taking too long they were still polite"
