"I am not easily impressed at Starbucks. However, This morning, at 7:14 AM, we stopped by your Starbucks Coffee Store #50943 in Cerritos, CA. As I made my way up to the speaker, I was pleasantly surprised by the cheerful, welcoming, and professional voice that came across the speaker. After her welcome message ended she said her name Fantayshia, and asked for my order. As I approached the window, I asked the server if she had taken my order and in a very professional manner she responded by no, sir, I did not." While the window clerk/barista was getting my drinks, another young lady (I believe her name was Tiya" approached the window and offered us a sample of your promotional coffee. She stepped back and Valeria came forward and handed me my first drink. As she handed me the second drink, I squeezed the cup too hard and hot coffee spilled on the jacket that I was wearing. Valeria, sprung into action and asked "Are you ok, did you burn yourself?" I replied " no, it fell on my jacket and the side of my car" She reached over and handed me paper towels and offered a rag, just in case I needed it. Her quick action is very commendable. She knew what to do and the correct questions to ask to ensure my safety. A huge "Thank you Fantayshia, Valeria, and Tiya" for a superb service."

"I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Starbucks in Cerritos, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The friendly staff greeted me with a smile, making me feel right at home. Now, let's talk about their Chai Tea. It's a true masterpiece. The balance of spices and creaminess is simply perfect. Whether hot or iced, it's a comforting and flavorful beverage that I can't resist ordering again and again. It's a delightful escape from the everyday. And then there's the Turkey Pesto Sandwich. Oh my goodness, it's a taste sensation! The tender turkey combined with the savory pesto and fresh veggies creates a delightful symphony of flavors. It's a satisfying and wholesome option that pairs wonderfully with their drinks. What truly sets this Starbucks apart, though, is the exceptional customer service. The baristas take the time to get to know their customers and make each visit special. It's clear that they take pride in their work, and it shines through in every cup and bite. Overall, the Starbucks in Cerritos is a shining example of what a coffee shop should be. Fantastic beverages, delicious food, and outstanding service make it a must-visit destination for anyone in the area."

"Despite a sign outside requiring masks, this location was not enforcing this requirement. I have been taking pictures so that these businesses can see that I’m not some random negative Nancy. You would think a corporation as large as Starbucks would teach their workers to spread the word of safety. This was an extremely disappointing visit."

"Wow, this is a terrific Starbucks! These days, sometimes it’s hard to find a hospitable location with adequate seating due to the pandemic, but his location is HUGE, and has loads of seating. Regular and communal tables, comfy padded wall tables and a great, airy ambience. A new favorite!"

"WiFi is horribly slow when the place is empty or full. I have been to this location around a dozen times. It's one of the most spacious, large indoor, and large outdoor patio. It's setup exceptionally well for meetings/study groups, as well as sitting by yourself. The problem is WiFi. Simply the worst of any Starbucks. I thought at first it may due to being crowded when I first arrived. But after it emptied out with only a few people... Still no WiFi. I'm a tech guy... Problem is likely due to huge concrete interior wall. It's cool how they've decorated it... But afraid it kills WiFi. I use my cell phone to tether, but no idea how anyone else uses the internet?"
