"First time here and probably the last. I asked a barista about their bathrooms and they said they didn’t have any. I had been driving for 1 1/2 hrs due to a traffic. I wanted to use the restroom prior to placing my order. The barista was so rude. I asked if she knew where I could find a bathroom (thinking maybe the shopping strip has a communal public restroom. She said Noah’s bagels. I am not familiar with the area, so I said… “oh so you know where that’s at.” she never acknowledged my question. Of course after that. I decided to simply get my food/drink from Noah’s bagels. Super disappointed. I travel a lot and I have never encountered this kind of attitude."
"Had no clue my mobile order was sitting on a shelf in the corner for twenty five minutes and not one employee who visibly saw me looking confused and frustrated, felt the need to inform me that my drink was right there until I complained about it. Then they refused to just throw it back in the blender with more ice- I didn't even ask for a brand new one, but they wouldn't do that either. Ignorant college kids, don't go to this location."
