"I stopped by this location to purchase a chai tea latte and a bakery item. Was informed that the 2 different bakery items I asked for were not available. My drink was horrible I had to throw it away. I had just got off a 10 hour shift and was really looking forward to enjoying a latte with a chocolate croissant. On top of that the employee taking my order kept saying “anything else”. You have no idea how annoying that is. I myself work at a fast food restaurant and I avoid saying “anything else” as it feels I’m rushing the customer and it sounds rude. How about next time you try “would this complete your order”. Will definitely not be returning to this location. This was a waste of my money and time."

"Best Starbucks ever. They have their customer service up to 100%. Very professional and friendly. From the manager to every barista. Placed my order and my drink and pastries were immediately done. No more than 5 mins despite being very busy in the drive through. Will definitely be coming back. Clean establishment and great energetic atmosphere."

"This is such a terrible store. I buy Starbucks every day and spend about $10 $12 a day. I’m a cup collector I have tons of Starbucks cups. Every time I walk into a store I walk straight to the cups. I saw a few white cups on the shelf that caught my attention, I decide I want them. Well as I’m waiting to place my order and purchase the cup the girl at the front tells me they can’t sell it until tomorrow. Okay?? Why are the cups out now if they are not for sale until tomorrow? I asked the girl and she stayed quiet and made a face. I am beyond upset. This is not cool at all. Why put them out if you can’t sell them? Please talk to your staff and fix this. I did not appreciate this at all. I spend way too much money with you guys for this to happen."
