"Had worse experience ever. 45 min wait for a mobile order pickup. Elderly People in restaurant waiting over 20 min for bathroom to be opened. And this is why they deserve 20 dollars an hour. If you decide to work at any fast food chain as your career then that is a personal choice. Why should I have to pay for it. Will never be a customer of McDonald’s here or anywhere ever again"
"They dont bring your food to the table as the app says, i was watching my kids in the playhouse while waiting for food that was never going to arrive. As a parent its important not to leave them unattended especially toddlers. So of course my food got cold and soggy as it waited for me at their pick up counter. They should not offer the service if its not provided."
"Ordered online 30mins before arriving they did not have my order. Ask for my order details and kept pushing me aside for other ready Orders and after 30mins in requesting to speak to a manager I was able to get my order details in. Manager covered for employee why he was pushing me off my order saying he had the details when he did not. Ridiculous!"
