"Tried to walk in for a quote. They stated they didn’t think anyone would be able to help me since they were too busy. I said I just wanted to get a quick quote for some small rust spots (I would’ve been fine waiting a bit if given the opportunity) and they stated that they didn’t have the specialized equipment to perform the work even though they never went to look at it. Overall, not a terrible experience but definitely not a good one. The customer service is certainly lacking and I don’t necessarily think taking 5 minutes to walk out and take a look is too much to ask for. Also, as stated by their representative, if you need ANY rust repairs, this is NOT the place for you."
