"There is always always always something going on with this store. They close down for the smallest, most insignificant reason, they open much later than all the other stores, they're always closing down the lobby, the baristas are hateful, I've come to avoid this location like radioactive waste. Respect & consideration goes a long way but they have shown they are not attentive, in the least, to their community or customers."
"Worse Starbucks I've ever been to. The store manager here, I believe her name is "Shay", should be driving a bus, not managing a coffee shop. Her assistant, Suzanne, is not much better. Rude and unprofessional. Last time I was in, it took 20 minutes to get a fresh cup of black coffee. They adjust and alter the store hours at their convenience. I no longer come here, and I've advised my friends, family, and colleagues not to come here either."
