Machaca and beef was so good, plantains were PERFECTION, juice was fresh and the coffee is such a good classic strong flavorful cup it's like... bewildering. So happy this place is a staple of my neighborhood and so close by. Always an eclectic group of diners present and now I get why!"
"THE BEST IN LA! My second visit to LA in 2023, and I can't envision a day without CJ Cafe. The first time was with just my fiancé, and the next time, I brought my parents along! We all fell in love with the place right from the first impression. If you're searching for the perfect spot for a classic American breakfast – fluffy and delicious pancakes with maple syrup, and scrambled eggs with perfectly cooked bacon – you've found it! They even offer a coffee refill, and the coffee itself is excellent. The service is top-notch; you barely place your order, and the food is already on the table. Though we've returned to our home country, our next visit will undoubtedly begin with a meal at CJ Cafe! Place is super clean, stuff very friendly! 5 stars!!!!!"
"Amazing little breakfast spot on pico. All their juice is fresh squeezed, and they have outdoor seating. Try the catfish and eggs for a different breakfast dish. Also the French toast is a must have. Their customer service is so good, and so friendly, and the food came out pretty fast. Highly recommend if you’re in the mid city area."
