Starbucks

"I visit early in the morning and every time the music is blasting like it's a club. For some this may not be a big issue but for those who come to work and drink coffee it is very annoying. I will post video. The coffee, staff, and food are great. But the atmosphere is not like any other Starbucks I have been to."

"The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible! I have went multiple times and they are always rude and the drinks don't taste as good as other locations but still tend to go when in the area. I will not go back to this location however after this morning. I purchased 2 Frappuccinos and asked for a small empty cup after I paid and received my drinks so I could put a little in for my 2 year old and the batista rudely said no I'm not doing that because I know your gonna share the drink and I can't allow you to do that you need to buy another drink if you want to share with the baby. Needless to say I refunded both of my drinks and went to another location. But the staff at this location always look so miserable and unhappy and always treat the customers rudely. I recommend going to a different location."

"So we ordered two impossible sausage and a grilled cheese and they FORGOT napkins and THE GRILLED CHEESE and we asked for a grande drink ( Carmel crunch Frappuccino) and they gave us a tall.. they need to step up… and the matcha drink too. It was fine for the matcha. Just they need to step up and get the order together.."

"I always get the ice brown sugar oatmilk espresso. Coffee never tastes the same so I started making my own. Today I decided I wanted starbucks. But I should have just made my own -_- it taste like 4 pumps of espresso and I don't like the taste of strong coffee....so much for that first sip feeling. There goes my money and coffee into the trash. It's not full cause I tried getting use to the taste."

"I am not a Starbucks patron but had to check this one out since it's new in the neighborhood. Plenty of space inside and plenty of parking. Clean and bathrooms are not bolted down. Which is good. Hope they keep it in shape and act swiftly if any homeless decide to camp out there."
