"The store hours online state holiday hours are until 9pm. They are closing at 8:30 not 9pm. The employee told us that they were closed at 8:35, and to go when we were in there. Post the actual hours if you close at 9pm, online and on the door."

"I had a return to process from an on line purchase. They took it and credited my account with no problem whatsoever. The store is attractively arranged and they have plenty of staff, who are not at all pushy. Fitting rooms are clean and there is easy parking right outside the door. Normally I HATE returning things but this was an easy and pleasant experience."

"iiiiTerrible service!!!! Dont even bother going. Don’t waste your time. Worst service in my life. Three employees at the store. The store empty and no one helped me and my mother to see what we needed. Just saw us and let us to figure it out by ourselves. They were in a big chatting and I had to interrupted so someone could open a bag of underwear for me... oh! My mistake.. they saw us like “leave us alone “ finally I got my stuff (everything expensive, because Hanesbrand is not cheap!) and ask to see another bag, the lady (wearing a blue shirt) said she couldn’t open another bag. So, I left thw whole stuff I was supposed to buy and told this lady she was the worst! Racist, lazy and witch. If you don’t like to serve people, quit!"
