Starbucks

"I love Starbucks, I usually go to the Starbucks on California. I occasionally will go to the one in Shafter when I leave my house. I just don't like going to shafter location because when I order my drinks they feel the entire cup up with ice. I'll get a venti and only get a few drinks and I'm paying over $6 dollars for a cup of ice pretty much. I would really appreciate it if the person making drinks stops over doing the ice other than that Starbucks is great!"

"First I’ll start by saying I love how one of the baristas Ms. Lorena always welcomes me when she’s there with a big smile. I’ve tried many drinks and food at Starbucks but my favorites are the strawberry açaí lemonade refresher and the chocolate cake pop.I LOVE the Shafter Starbucks atmosphere and the customer service. I highly recommend this place!!!:)"

""At this location in Shafter California at 136 West Lerdo Hwy. The atmosphere is cozy, very clean & sanitary. The breakfast sandwiches like The "Sausage Egg & Cheddar Breakfast Sandwich's and candied pops are tasty. I've for menu items that I normally drink are grande all paradise, dragon drinks, espresso oat milk cold brews, an my signature custom a Pike with two shots of espresso! The service is excellent in my opinion, I'm getting to know the manager and barista employees. Every morning I'm greeted with a smile. Friendly service. This is my rating of this location. "I am always getting the same thing at starbucks which is always there sweet vanilla cream cold brew . But this time I been wanting to try new things so I decided to ask the baristas about their favorite drinks from there and getting that and I was not disappointed"

"I had the most HORRIBLE customer service that I experienced today by a worker. I had gone in to order my coffee with my husband and had a worker with the most horrible attitude ever. Her name was Catherine ( I cannot remember the correct spelling of her name ); she had an attitude toward us that made me feel very unwelcomed. I'm unsure if she was having a bad day, but she did NOT need to take it out on us. The expression on her face made it seem like she did not want to be there and made it seem like it was a hassle to take our order. I did not appreciate this encounter at all; the next time I go into this store and experience this with the same worker, I will NOT hesitate to call corporate. It’s a shame they hire anybody."
